What support needs from you
The transaction hash and the order id. Those identify your transfer without any personal data — no name, no document, no selfie.
What support cannot do
Reverse a confirmed on-chain transfer, recover coins sent to the wrong network, or change the rate of a completed swap. Those are properties of the blockchain, not policy.
Response time
Requests are answered in the order they arrive. A delayed swap is usually a slow network, and the hash shows that immediately.
